High Target Return: An annual target return of 15% per annum. 7% paid each year (3.5% each 6 months) and a target of up to a further 8% per annum paid subject to the successful sale of properties within the portfolio.

Property Backed: The investment proceeds will be used to purchase German residential property that has been and is expected to continue to be well let.

Simple Tax Efficient Structure: The investment currently qualifies for offshore fund status treatment by the Irish Revenue Commissioners which allows investors to be taxed at 22% (including 2% levies) on the 7% interest payments received and 23% on the final target interest payment of 8% as opposed to the general 42 % marginal rate.

High Quality Assets: The syndicate’s money will be used to purchase high yield residential properties in Germany with strong historical and expected future rent yields of 7%-10% with verifiable historical cash flows, resulting in reduced risk of tenant default.

Time Horizon: This investment is a medium term investment with a 7 year target timeframe which produces positive cash flow from year one.

Strong Management team: There is an experienced investment team in place with strong local operational and corporate finance skills.
